This new Article comprises Subregulatory Guidance for changes to the DMEPOS jurisdiction spreadsheet. CMS updates annually the spreadsheet containing a list of the HCPCS codes for DME MACs and MAC Part B jurisdictions. The spreadsheet shows which MAC has jurisdiction for which HCPCS codes. The update shows added codes and discontinued (deleted) codes each year. MLN Matters (MM) Articles are based on information contained within Change Requests (CRs).
