Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Database (MPFSDB) 2007 File Layout
Provides the annual file layout for 2007 for Medicare carriers and also
updates several MPFSDB status indicators. There are two MPFSDB status indicators that have been added:
J and M. Also, Field 21 of the file layout has been expanded and Field 33E has been changed to 33F and a
new Field 33E has been created.
