Medicaid Payment Accuracy Measurement (PAM) Project

Guidance for : The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is pleased to solicit proposals from states interested in participating in the second year of the Medicaid Payment Accuracy Measurement (PAM) Project. As a Government Performance and Reporting Act (GPRA) goal, CMS has committed to assisting states in developing PAM methodologies, conducting pilot tests of alternative approaches, and exploring the feasibility of estimating payment accuracy for the Medicaid program at the national level.
