Guidance for the reviewable unit (RU) that describes the Medicaid eligibility group for individuals in 209(b) states who are age 65 or older, or who have blindness or a disability (“the 209(b) groupâ€ù). It provides the criteria under which individuals may be covered under this group, the income and resource standards, and the spenddown requirements.
