The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to inform the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) of modifications to the ECRS Web User Guide. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has made updates to the hierarchy rules used for Part D drug transactions along with the the addition of new ECRS web search pages and options to improve the ECRS user experience and clarified Zip file usage.
