Question: Can issuers resubmit a single claim or do issuers need to resubmit the whole claim file; how does the error correction process work?

Answer: Issuers should not resubmit the whole file because the previously accepted records would be rejected as duplicates. Issuers should resubmit only rejected claims on subsequent claim file submissions. If the entire claim file was rejected, issuers may resubmit the file in its entirety.
