Question: Can Amazon issuers set-up multiple EDGE server instances with one (1) Amazon Web Services (AWS) account?

Answer: Issuers can set-up multiple instances in a single AWS account. The AWS storage S3 bucket associated with the count will be subdivided with folders for every issuer ID.
