COBA Implementation User Guide
The purpose of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement Implementation User Guide is to communicate directly with staff affiliated with each trading partner about the administrative, technical, and financial requirements for implementing the Coordination of Benefits Agreement (COBA). Emphasis is given to preparing and testing data files to and from the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC). The information is reviewed and potentially updated on a quarterly basis, but is based upon the original guidance in place for over ten years.
