The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to inform the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) of modifications to the Electronic Correspondence Referral System (ECRS) Web. These changes include a process to prevent overlapping drug records, the addition of an action code "DR" for Part C and D submitters, and an update to the EDI representative and COBVA email addresses.
