Annual Type of Service (TOS) Update
Guidance for Transmittal 2072, dated October 22, 2010, to be rescinded and replaced with Transmittal 2126, dated December 23, 2010, to include 46 new codes and their TOS as well as 1 type of service correction to code G9143. The new codes being included were created after the initial release of this change request. All other information remains the same.
