Bank Account Information

FAQ's on how to create and maintain the bank information for the CGDP program. Can I use a bank account for sending payments which is different from the account receiving payments?

Answer:

Yes. The account you list on the Payer account modification form will be used for sending payments. This may be the same or different than the account you use for receiving payments, the Payee bank account. If you would like to make changes to your banking information, the forms are located in the CGDP Portal under the “My Profile” link. Select “Request Payee Account Modification (account for receiving payments)” or “Request Payer Account Modification (account for making payments)” and complete the applicable form in its entirety.
