Guidance for CMS' announcement on September 3, 2015 that CGS Administrators, LLC (CGS) was awarded a new contract for the administration of Medicare Fee-for-Service claims for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) in Jurisdiction B. The states included in this Jurisdiction B are as follows: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
