Enforcement Results - January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 - Total Resolutions 9,411. Of the total resolutions, 54% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 10% were No Violation and 36% were Corrective Action Obtained 3,363. Of the 4,342 Total Investigations 77% were Corrective Action Obtained and 23% were No Violation.

 

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 - Total Resolutions 8,370. Of the total resolutions, 53% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 16% were No Violation and 31% were Corrective Action Obtained 3,898. Of the 3,898 Total Investigations 67% were Corrective Action Obtained and 33% were No Violation.

 

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 - Total Resolutions 9,158. Of the total resolutions, 54% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 17% were No Violation and 30% were Corrective Action Obtained. Of the 4,229 Total Investigations 64% were Corrective Action Obtained and 36% were No Violation.
