This page shows the enforcement results by calendar year according to the type of closure which includes the percentage of the total resolutions for each category.  This is the number of complaints that OCR had resolved.

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 - Total Resolutions 14,300. Of the total resolutions, 69% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 7% were No Violation and 24% were Corrective Action Obtained. Of the 4,463 Total Investigations 78% were Corrective Action Obtained and 22 % were No Violation.

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 - Total Resolutions 9,408. Of the total resolutions, 54% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 10% were No Violation and 36% were Corrective Action Obtained. Of the 4,340 Total Investigations 77% were Corrective Action Obtained and 23% were No Violation.

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011 - Total Resolutions 8,363. Of the total resolutions, 53% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 16% were No Violation and 31% were Corrective Action Obtained. Of the 3,897 Total Investigations 67% were Corrective Action Obtained and 33% were No Violation.

Of the total resolutions, 54% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 17% were No Violation and 29% were Corrective Action Obtained. Of the 4,238 Total Investigations 64% were Corrective Action Obtained and 36% were No Violation.
