Enforcement Results by Year

The first pie graph shows the enforcement results by calendar year according to the type of closure which includes the percentage of the total resolutions for each category.  This is the number of complaints that OCR had resolved.  The second pie graph shows the same data as the first bar graph with the break-out of technical assistance provided for calendar years 2013 and beyond.

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 - Total Resolutions 17,694. Of the total resolutions, 72% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 2% were No Violation, 4% were Corrective Action Obtained and 22% were Technical Assistance.

Enforcement Results - January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 - Total Resolutions 17,737. Of the total resolutions, 60% were Resolved After Intake and Review, 4% were No Violation, 7% were Corrective Action Obtained and 29% were Technical Assistance.

Of the 4,340 Total Investigations 77% were Corrective Action Obtained and 23% were No Violation.
