Description: The FOA supplement will be open to all grantees under this FOA and will ask for additional work activities related to adding six questions to the emerging 2013 core survey in their jurisdiction and additional work activities related to increasing their landline and cell phone sampling sizes to increase the number of complete interviews conducted in 2013. The supplement will ask for a detailed work plan of activities and a budget of costs for adding this work to their standard BRFSS core program activities for 2013.
