Question: How will the Department of Treasury send ACH Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments to issuers?

Answer: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) provides Treasury with payment information. Treasury then processes the Electronic File Transfer (EFT) and sends ACH payments directly to the issuer's bank account.
