Guidance for FAQ regarding Payment Processing and Payment Reports

Question: Will the 820 file include State Based Exchange (SBE) and the Federally-Facilitated Exchange (FFE) data in one file?
Answer: The HIX 820 payment report will contain policy level payment-related information on FFE and SBE. The HIX 820 will also include program-level payments and charges, including Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) user fees (UF), and the actual Treasury payment amount and electronic funds transfer (EFT) trace number.
