Question: How does the Enrollment and Payment Data Template allow for issuers to restate prior months' data?
Answer: The Enrollment and Payment Data Template includes multiple tabs, including a tab to restate each month's data since January 2014 and a tab to state the current month's data. All tabs include effectuated enrollment data as of the mid-month cutoff date for data inclusion.
