Question: In which State-based Marketplaces (SBMs) does the SBM submit data on behalf of their issuers, and in which SBMs do issuers submit their own data?
Answer: The following SBMs submit data on behalf of their issuers: CA, CO, KY, MA MD, OR, RI and WA. Issuers in CT, DC, HI, NY, VT, ID, MN, NM and NV should submit their own enrollment data.
