Question: Should Submitters continue to send daily 834 enrollment transactions to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)?
Answer: Yes, Submitters should continue to send daily 834 enrollment transactions to CMS. CMS will reconcile estimated payments made under the interim payment cycle against confirmed enrollment data provided through the 834 transaction when available.
