Question: What enrollments should submitters include in a given month's Enrollment and Payment Data Template in order to receive payment?
Answer: Submitters should include all enrollments effectuated by the cutoff date, the 15th of each month, on a month's submission. Submitters, then, include enrollment data for any enrollments effectuated after the mid-month deadline on the following month's data submission. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will make payments for any enrollments effectuated after the mid-month cutoff date during the next month's payment cycle.
