Technical Guidance for Conditionally Approved Vendors of Plan Year 2021 Federally-facilitated Marketplace Agent and Broker Training
Guidance for direction on the information technology (IT) and system requirements to which each vendor is required to adhere prior to allowing users to access its learning management system, including detailed information on the technical requirements for accessing vendor training through the CMS Enterprise Portal, enrolling in and completing agent and broker training on the vendor’s website, directing learners back to the MLMS to complete the CMS registration process, and testing the end-to-end IT functionality of the vendor’s system.
