State Release 135 C
Guidance for : As you know, Release 135 requested that several hundred NDCs be deleted from state drug files effective January 1, 2005. Through additional information provided by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and manufacturers, CMS has verified that the following NDCs have been properly listed and should not be deleted from your files.
