Guidance for : Cetus Oncology signed a rebate agreement for labeler codes 00702 and 53905. We were informed by the Food and Drug Administration that labeler code 00702 was initially issued to and continues to be assigned to Voluntary Hospitals of America located in Irving, Texas.
