Question: Are the Individual (FFE) and SHOP (FF-SHOP) templates similar or exactly the same?
Answer: There is a single template for FFE and FF-SHOP submissions. You will be required to submit your Individual Plans and Benefits separately from your SHOP plans and benefits, but both use the same template. The template validation will apply the market (FFE or FF-SHOP) dependent business rules.
