Question: In the Enrollment Transaction, is the 1000A N101 Plan Sponsor the alternate payer?
Answer: In the Federally-facilitated Marketplace, the subscriber is listed in 1000A. In the FF-SHOP, the Plan Sponsor is the employer group. We do not use the term alternate payer in the FFM.
