Guidance for FAQ regarding Issuer Participation Requirements and Other
Program Area: Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)
Question: Will issuers be required to effectuate the group for year 1 and re-evaluate their enrollment for year 2?
Answer: The FF-SHOP makes all eligibility determinations and will pass this information on to participating QHP issuers. Similarly, annual renewals will be facilitated by the FF-SHOP.
