Guidance for FAQ regarding 834 Transaction and Effectuation Transaction

Question: When a newborn is added to an existing, already effectuated family, will issuers need to send an effectuation transaction for the subscriber member to confirm the total premium for the family or just the one 834 to confirm the new member?
Answer: Issuers need to send one 834 to confirm the newborn enrollment.
