Question: If a member switches plans (and therefore the first 5 digits of the Exchange Assigned Subscriber/Member ID changes), will the remaining "10-Digit ID" change?

Answer: No, the 10-digit ID that is part of the Exchange Assigned Subscriber/Member ID will not change when a member switches plans.
