Question: Is direct enrollment an option for the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program FF-SHOP?

Answer: No, direct enrollment will cease to be an option as of November 15, 2014, when groups wanting FF-SHOP coverage must use the online system available at HealthCare.gov.
