Guidance for FAQ regarding Employer/Employee Interaction and Minimum Participation Rate
Program Area: Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)
Question: Since the FF-SHOP will not be calculating participation rates during the November 15-December 15 special enrollment period, will Issuers receive a single enrollment file or a separate enrollment file for employers applying during this period of time?
Answer: The FF-SHOP will send Issuers groups' enrollment files during this period in the same manner as will occur during the rest of the open enrollment period.
