Question: Can more than one person from within a company participate in Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) issuer testing?
Answer: No, the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) will allow one testing account, per issuer, per state. If an insurance company is licensed and operating in the FF-SHOP in more than one state, the issuer may receive a testing account for each state represented in the FF-SHOP.
