Guidance for FAQ regarding 834 Transaction and Companion Guide
Program Area: Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)
Question: Will the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) send initial enrollments and maintenance enrollments in a single 834 transaction file?
Answer: Yes, issuers will receive one physical file at the end of the day (similar to the Individual Marketplace) containing all the initial enrollments and changes in the SHOP Marketplace for the issuer's plans.
