Question: What is the renewal process for employer groups currently enrolled in the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP)?
Answer: Employers who want to renew SHOP coverage for the 2015 plan year may do so by enrolling using the FF-SHOP online portal as early as November 15, 2014.
