Guidance for FAQ regarding Employer/Employee Interaction and Medicare

Question: How will the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) handle employees who are eligible for Medicare?
Answer: Employees eligible for Medicare are able to enroll in SHOP. When a Medicare-eligible employee enrolls in SHOP, the FF-SHOP will send a Medicare-enrollee flag for the employee on the associated 834 enrollment transaction.
