Guidance for FAQ regarding Employer/Employee Interaction and COBRA

Question: For Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act (COBRA) enrollees, is the employer responsible for removing the enrollees once COBRA is exhausted?

Answer: Yes, employers would remove COBRA enrollees from the employee roster when the employee is no longer eligible for COBRA coverage.
