Question: Will the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) send maintenance transactions as a termination transaction and an add transaction, similar to the Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM)?
Answer: No, the FF-SHOP sends Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) 834 maintenance transactions that do not require terminations and subsequent adds to reflect employee or dependent changes.
