Guidance for FAQ regarding Issuer Participation Requirements and Dental

Question: Are Stand-alone Dental Plan (SADP) issuers in the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) required to estimate rates for SADPs, or can issuers submit exact rates for display in the FF-SHOP portal?
Answer: The FF-SHOP will only display and facilitate enrollment in Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) and SADPs with guaranteed rates. The FF-SHOP is not supporting plans with estimated rates.
