Guidance for FAQ regarding 820 Transaction and Processing

Question: Regarding the Payment Method Code for the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP), is it possible for the 820 to result in a net negative amount and if so, will the FF-SHOP use BAL in the BPR04 field to set the balance to zero?
Answer: The FF-SHOP may use the Payment Type Code 'BAL' to balance the BPR02 'Total Payment Amount' to zero, if necessary.
