Question: Will an Agent be able to register with the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) using a corporate agency National Producer Number (NPN) in states that issue licensed agencies NPNs at the agency (instead of the individual) level?
Answer: Yes, an Agent will be able to register using the corporate agency NPN rather than their individual NPN.
