Question: Can an employer change the selected Agent/Broker after the point of sale or enrollment?

Answer: Beginning in 2015, employers in the Federally-facilitated Small Business Health Options Program (FF-SHOP) Marketplace will be able to change the broker authorized to act on their behalf no more than two times within the same plan year. Employers may make these changes through the FF-SHOP online portal.
