Question: How can Issuers contact the SHOP Call Center to receive payment status or to obtain answers to questions about a payment amount for a group enrolled in FF-SHOP beginning in 2015?
Answer: Issuers may contact the SHOP Call Center today with payment-related questions for the 2015 plan year. The number is 1-800-706-7893 (TTY: 711). Issuers should choose prompt #5 when contacting the SHOP Call Center.
