Guidance for FAQ regarding Employer/Employee Interaction and Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs)

Question: Will FF-SHOPs provide groups with all of the eligibility rules (e.g., dates individuals will be eligibile when a SEP applies) or are Issuers expected to provide this information?

Answer: FF-SHOPs will have information about SEPs, coverage effective dates, and other consumer information online at HealthCare.gov though this does not remove any issuer responsibility to communicate this information to enrollees.
