Program Area: Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)
Question: The payment code listed as "COMM", reflects "Any commissions withheld by the exchange." It is our understanding that issuers will be paying broker commissions. What commissions does the FF-SHOP plan to withhold?
Answer: This payment code will not be used by the FF-SHOP because no broker commissions will be withheld by the FF-SHOPs.
