Section 1115 Waivers Welfare Reform Demonstration Projects
Guidance for : The purpose of this letter is to communicate HCFA's policies on implementing those provisions of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) that relate to welfare reform demonstrations conducted under section 1115 of the Social Security Act. The focus of this letter is not on health reform demonstration projects also conducted under section 1115.
