Guidance for : The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is issuing this letter to provide further guidance to State Medicaid and Children�s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) agencies on the implementation of the revised review and approval process for section 1115 demonstrations in accordance with section 10201(i) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111- 148, as amended by the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010
