Question: Where can issuers sign up for email alerts related to the Risk Corridors Program?

Answer: The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) has issued regulations and guidance for the risk corridors program that can be accessed at: http://www.cms.gov/CCIIO/Resources/Regulations-and-Guidance/#Premium Stabilization Programs. The deadline to submit risk corridors data for the 2014 benefit year is July 31, 2015. HHS will provide issuers with updates closer to the data submission deadline, and may conduct technical training sessions. As more information becomes available HHS will publish related documents at https://www.REGTAP.info.
