Question: When should plans submit risk corridors data for 2014?
Answer: Risk corridors data for the 2014 Benefit Year will be submitted with 2014 Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) data in July 2015. The deadline for submitting risk corridors data for the 2014 Benefit Year is July 31, 2015. Risk corridors data submissions will be accepted through Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) from July 1, 2015-July 31, 2015.
