Guidance for FAQ regarding Risk Adjustment Operations and Reports

Question: Will issuers receive risk score values with information relative to other plans within a rating area?
Answer: Issuers will receive elements of the risk score as compared to issuers nationally on their Data Quality and Analysis Reports. They will not receive risk adjustment payment and charge estimates, as they relate to other issuers, until payment transfers are calculated in June.
