Question: What should I do if I have previously truncated my records and now my DQAR is showing too many records?
Answer: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is aware of the issue in DQARs with issuers who have previously truncated their records. Please disregard this for now and respond to the information requests to the best of your ability. For more information, see the discrepancy reporting and DQAR webinar from 1/28 at https://www.regtap.info/uploads/library/RA_RI_DR_DQARslides_012815_5CR_020415.pdf in the REGTAP Library.
